Big Push-ups

Kate push upsAfter having a 60 sec max push-up competition last week, I though I'd make it easy on you and only make you do 30 reps... Simple right..?

I happened on something my cousin sent me. He had picked it up from his training in the Marines - the workout was quite popular on YouTube and you may have heard the song by Moby - "Flower".

The gist is simple by following the video. Just make sure your push-up form is tight, as in elbows tight, lats engaged, glutes tight and fingers squeezing the floor. Below is the link to a Canadian Armed Forces operative hitting the challenge:

 

Have a go - get the track and practice it - these 30 push-ups will test you for sure!!
